How Many Should I Take?

Start by taking 1 capsule 3 times daily for 2 days.

You can then optionally, take 3 AquaRx 3 times a day for 2 weeks.This will help to support detoxification and elimination systems in the body in their functions and reduce any inflammation, quickly optimising your health.

After this phase if you are in good health you can reduce your daily dosage to 1-3 per day.

How Long Does 1 container of 90 capsules last?

If you go through the detox process (as above) it will last around 20 days. We do recommend this to get the full benefits, although this is optional.

After this, each container will last one to three months depending on your dosage of 1 - 3 per day.

How Long Does One Dose Last in the Body?

Hydrogen is in and out of the body in approximately 4 to 6 hours it's water-soluble and penetrates very quickly. The anti-oxidant effect can last for several days.

With food or without?

There are longer release times with the molecular hydrogen taken with food and shorter and quicker release on an empty stomach. Different release times but one is not better than the other. People with severe inflammation or health issues may take more AquaRX® on an empty stomach for quicker results.

Seems Simple as a Formula, how can it be so great?

We know that specific types of magnesium are common elements and often seen as ingredients in health products. There are over 12 forms of ingestible magnesium and each form has very unique properties. As a dramatic example the metallic form of magnesium is highly reactive to oxygen and heat which allowed for its use in lash bulb photography for many years.

FDA does not regulate you!

Could not be further from the truth. The FDA regulates our production facilities and our products. The confusion is that the FDA only “approves” drugs and medical devices and therefore does not regulate supplements. Most supplements contain their required disclaimer on every bottle as well.

Hydrogen product Differences and what about other products that supposedly produce Hydrogen?

Products and machines that tote hydrogen production usually fall apart when compared to AquaRX® Lets address the Powder vs the capsules first.

Both are the same dosage and effect and the powder was created to have an impact on average beverages such as bottles water and traditionally unhealthy beverages like coffee. AquaRX® is very convenient and ingestible with food or on an empty stomach with water.

AquaRX® powdered features two very important benefits. The first is the creation of alkaline water regardless of the type of water that you are using. This is a massive cost-benefit to the consumer of alkaline water because you no longer need to purchase expensive water machines, and you can convert lesser, inexpensive water to very healthy alkaline, antioxidant and molecular hydrogen rich water. Our testing used distilled water, which is the most difficult water to make alkaline because the mineral content to create traditional alkalinity simply is not in the water. The miracle of AquaRX® in its form created an 8.44 alkalinity level in distilled water that would only get higher (more alkaline) with mineral water.

The second major benefit is the fact that most people are not willing to stop drinking coffee; AquaRX® Powder will convert a very acidic cup of coffee into a remarkably healthy beverage satisfying the consumer by creating an alkaline, antioxidant and molecular hydrogen rich coffee beverage. NORP values are more significant and relevant to cellular health as compared to ORAC which is more applicable to juices and plant materials but not as powerful as NORP.

The production of Molecular Hydrogen is the true test of the powerful health benefits using AquaRX®. Interestingly, the NORP and Alkaline pH changes in our distilled water test are actually driven by the remarkable levels of molecular hydrogen created as a result of adding AquaRXPowder to the water. Very simply stated, the maximum level of pure hydrogen via the testing device is 1.6 and you will see the meter (photo) nearing 1.0! Competing products, including expensive water machines, may produce a maximum of a hundred times LESS hydrogen!

Fillers?

Please explain the amount and use of the above ingredients in the product AquaRX® . The primary sources for a majority of plant based materials are palm, coconut, artichoke and beets, hemp, flax, jute, algae and horsetail.
As a general statement, please understand that the use of the aforementioned items is usually in the production of capsules and capsules although any natural product may find their use as a powdered product as well.
Some of the information with respect to the materials is completely false and wildly incorrect and the writers of the material are usually agenda based or pure hype. As an example I read that “microcrystalline cellulose is wood” “Silicon Dioxide is powdered glass” “Magnesium Stearate is toxic”

Reading further will assist in a more accurate and detailed understanding of what these materials are and how they exist in our diet.

Silicon Dioxide (which is NOT powdered glass)

Plants

Though silicon has not been determined to be an essential nutrient and there is no recommended allowance, the European Food Safety authority recommends a safe daily limit of 700 mg. The average adult consumes between 20 and 50 mg of silicon per day. In general, plants contain silicon, while the mineral is absent from animal foods. Depending on where you live, your drinking water may constitute a natural source of silicon in your diet. Beer also provides ample quantities of silicon, possibly derived from the grains it is made from.

Variety

Silicon dioxide helps minimize damaging effects of aluminum and prevents Alzheimer's disease, according to nutritionist Phyllis Balch, author of the book "Prescription for Nutritional Healing." Silicon dioxide also contributes to healthy bone formation and slows aging. Your levels of silicon decrease with age, causing your dietary needs for silicon to increase. To ensure sufficient levels, choose a variety of healthy foods that are good sources for silicon dioxide, including alfalfa, beets, brown rice and oats. Bell peppers, soy beans and leafy green vegetables also provide ample amounts of this nutrient. Other food sources for silicon dioxide include asparagus, Jerusalem artichokes, parsley, sunflower seeds and grain husks, such as from barley, oats, millet and wheat.

Beverages

Beverages, such as malted, carbonated, coffee and water are the main dietary sources of silicon dioxide for the average person, providing about 55 percent of daily intake, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Grains provide 14 percent and vegetables contribute about 8 percent to the average person's silicon consumption level, according to Dr. Dirk Vanded Berghe, in an interview with Richard Passwater, Ph.D., published in the December 2004 issue of "Whole Foods Magazine." Silicon benefits health by holding your tissues together and preventing aging of your skin and joints; however, modern foods are deficient in silicon dioxide due to soil depletion, says Vanden Berghe.

Horsetail and Algae

The herb horsetail provides a rich natural source of silicon dioxide that traditional herbalists use and recommend for healthy skin, nails and hair. Some forms of algae also contain considerable levels of absorbable silica and are used in the preparation of silicon supplements, according to naturopath Linda Rector-Page, author of the book "Linda Page's Healthy Healing: a Guide to Self-Healing for Everyone."

Microcrystalline Cellulose (which is NOT wood)

In defense of the “wood” accusation, you can obtain microcrystalline cellulose from wood but unless you are a termite, who needs to eat wood right?
As the chief constituent (or main ingredient) of the cell walls of plants, cellulose performs a structural or skeletal function. Just as our hard, bony skeletons provide attachment points for our muscles and support our bodies, so the rigidity or stiffness found in any plant is due to the strength of its cell walls. Examined under a powerful microscope, fibers of cellulose are seen to have a meshed or crisscross pattern that looks as if it were woven much as cloth. The cell wall has been likened to the way reinforced concrete is made, with the cellulose fibers acting as the rebar’s or steel rods do in concrete (providing extra strength). As the new cell grows, layer upon layer of new material is deposited inside the last layer, meaning that the oldest material is always on the outside of the plant.

Importance to human diet

Cellulose is a very important part of the healthy human diet. This is because it forms a major part of the dietary fiber that we know is important for proper digestion. Since we cannot break cellulose down and it passes through our systems basically unchanged, it acts as what we call bulk or roughage that helps the movements of our intestines. Among mammals, only those that are ruminants (cud-chewing animals like cows and horses) can process cellulose. This is because they have special bacteria and microorganisms in their digestive tracts that do it for them. They are then able to absorb the broken-down cellulose and use its sugar as a food source. Fungi are also able to break down cellulose into sugar that they can absorb, and they play a major role in the decomposition (rotting) of wood and other plant material.

Magnesium Stearate (Which is not toxic)

Natural ingredients don’t always smoothly flow through processing equipment and manufacturers need to utilize excipients like stearates to fill capsules or form capsules. Magnesium stearate is the most desirable natural flow agent. Pharmaceutical companies and non-natural manufacturers use synthetic flow agents, such as di-calcium phosphate. We do not.

Is magnesium stearate toxic?

No. Magnesium stearate is safe, not toxic. We have extensively investigated the safety of magnesium stearate. Allegations of toxicity have been circulating for over 20 years. We have found the “evidence” to be misleading because it is either largely circumstantial based on test tube studies that don't accurately represent the data observed in human clinical trials or based on theoretical dangers (such as a type of processing that is not commonly used to make stearic acid from unsaturated fats). Either way, the reality of dietary fats in the human body is quite different than what these theories present.

Are stearates and stearic acid naturally found in foods?

Yes. Stearic acid (stearate) is the predominant saturated fat in the human diet. Stearates are nutrients that represent a natural part of every type of fat, whether animal or vegetable, and are typically consumed in amounts of several grams per day from common food sources. A 200-calorie serving of dark chocolate can contain up to 5 grams of stearates; cocoa butter, coconut oil, beef fat, olive oil, and virtually all fats and oils naturally contain far more stearates than do dietary supplements

What is stearic acid (stearate) and what happens to it in the body?

Stearate is one of the major saturated fatty acids in mammals and is acquired through two pathways: 1) dietary fat absorption and 2) de novo lipogenesis (our bodies make it from other dietary fats) Stearic acid is largely converted to oleic acid by the liver; which of course does not happen in a test tube study.

Are there any known risks of consuming stearates?

Stearates do not share the cardiovascular risks of other forms of saturated fat. Stearates are well absorbed and do not coat the G.I. tract (in fact they discourage certain undesirable biofilms), so comparatively tiny amounts in dietary supplements do not inhibit absorption of nutrients in vivo (in live people)

What is magnesium stearate?

Are stearates hydrogenated?

Stearates can be produced by hydrogenation. However, there is no need to manufacture stearic acid from cottonseed or other liquid vegetable oils using hydrogenation to artificially saturate the fatty acids. We use non-hydrogenated oils that already contain significant amounts of saturated fats providing abundant stearic acid. We use pure grade magnesium stearate derived from non-hydrogenated, non-GMO, and non-irradiated, certified kosher oil.
