How often should you use pHlush?

 

Take it first thing in the morning and last thing at night for 1 week to cleanse the entire digestive tract. For maintenance, use it once a week.


How to Use pHlush

 

  • Stir one scoop of pHlush into 250ml of ultra filtered water (the Ninja Jug or Ultrastream works perfectly for this) at room temperature and drink on an empty stomach.
  • We recommend drinking the juice of 1/2 a lemon immediately with 60ml to 120ml ultra filtered water. It acts as a catalyst for releasing oxygen in the stomach.
  • You should wait 60 minutes before eating anything.
  • It is recommended to have access to a bathroom after using pHlush. It will produce a watery bowel movement to indicate its effectiveness. pHlush is a wash that helps flush out build up matter in the bowel, not the type of diarrhoea that causes sickness.
  • Additionally, oxygen is released into the body, supercharging the process.
  • TO REPLACE THE WATER USED, YOU MUST DRINK PLENTY OF PURE WATER (2-3 litres per day)!
